ABOUT JAMAL KAMANDY

Jamal Kamandy is a passionate lawyer who believes in fighting for the working class due to his own blue-collar roots. Jamal is from a small town where his family own and operate a little Ma and Pa restaurant to this day. Jamal learned first hand experience of the day-to-day work most Americans experience, washing dishes at the age of 10. Watching his father own and manage a business taught Jamal how employers should treat their employees.

Despite employing many members of their community, his father's restaurant was never accused of any wrongdoing by any employee, ever. It is this lifelong experience of watching his father succeed with his employees that Jamal uses as the gold standard for what the law should achieve in every workplace. This humble beginning sparked a lifelong passion to help those who are less fortunate.
